Asthma has been tenacious the past 2 days. Still staying pharm-free as much as possible, though I have indulged in my inhaler twice in the past 2 days. Most of the problems seem to come when I lie down to sleep. Something about being prone seems to trigger an attack.
I may try elevating the head side of the bed a few inches (so my head is higher than my feet). I remember doing this as a child, and it helped.
5pm: I made a cup of coffee today. The warm caffeine helped. I imagine tea is also a good option; just that generally if I’m going to take in caffeine I prefer coffee or cacao.
